These terms govern your use of TibbSync (the app, website, and related services). By creating an account or
using TibbSync, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What TibbSync is
TibbSync is a platform that lets participating labs upload lab test reports against a verified phone number,
lets you collect and manage those reports for yourself and your family ("dependents"), and lets you search
for nearby labs, compare test prices, and read or leave reviews. TibbSync is a storage and discovery
platform — we do not perform lab tests, and we do not review, verify, or guarantee the medical accuracy of
any report a lab uploads.
Your account
- You must provide a real phone number you control and verify it before it can be used to sign up or receive reports.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including dependents you add to your account.
- You must be old enough to legally consent to these terms in your jurisdiction to create your own account; dependents (including minors) are managed under a guardian's account, not their own.
Reports uploaded by labs
- Reports are uploaded by independent labs, not by TibbSync. The uploading lab is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any report, test result, price, or note it uploads.
- No report is added to your history until you actively confirm it belongs to you; you can also reject a report that isn't yours.
- TibbSync is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your results — do not rely on TibbSync, or any report stored in it, as medical guidance.
Lab search, pricing, and reviews
- Test prices shown in search results are set by each lab and may change; TibbSync does not guarantee a price shown is still current at the time of your visit — confirm directly with the lab.
- You may leave a review for a lab only once you've actually received a report from it. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.
- We may remove reviews or other content that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misuse someone else's phone number.
- Upload, submit, or associate fraudulent reports, reviews, or lab listings.
- Attempt to bypass phone verification, rate limits, or other security controls.
- Misuse the lab API/developer-mode access granted to a lab account, including sharing API keys outside that lab.
- Use TibbSync for any unlawful purpose.
Labs using TibbSync
If you operate a lab account, you're responsible for the accuracy of every report, test catalog entry, and
price you upload, and for only uploading reports against phone numbers you have a legitimate relationship
with (i.e. the patient actually had the test done at your lab). We may suspend a lab account for uploading
inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized reports.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and you can stop using TibbSync, or
request account deletion, at any time by contacting
support@faybers.com.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TibbSync is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report, price, or review is accurate or complete. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, TibbSync is not liable for any decisions made based on information stored in or
obtained through the service, including medical, financial, or lab-selection decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated"
date above. Continuing to use TibbSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
